Kody Lighting's Return Policy

Within 10 days of the receipt of your order, you may return products for a refund, less a 15% restocking fee.
To begin the return process, you must contact by e-mail with any problems.

Th following items and orders do not qualify for returns or refund:
*Large orders: (Orders containing 10 qty or more of a single item.
*Light bulbs, parts, and shades; unless the error was the fault of Kody Lighting.
*Items not purchased from Kody Lighting.
* Custom orders or products built to order; unless found to be defective.
*Special purchases, such as: inventory sale items, custom quotes, special discounts, etc.
* Expedited shipping and charges for shipping extra fast.

Products Damaged During Shipment and Defective Products
After receiving your shipment, you have three days in which to inspect the product(s) and inform Kody Lighting damage occured
prior to delivery. Kody Lighting will repair or replace the damaged or defective goods for no additional cost. No replacements or
refunds will be issued in the event the customer fails to notify Kody Lighting of defect.

Large Orders
Orders containing more than 10 quantity of a single item are not eligible for return. If you are purchasing a large quantity of an item,
we recommend first ensuring that it meets your requirements. Customers are responible for acquiring all necessary product information.

Customer Made, Non-Returnable Products
The following list of manufacturer lines are custom made and are not eligible for return:
Arroyo Craftsman, Crystorama, Genie House, Justice Design, and North East Lantern.

Order Cancellations
Unshipped items can be cancelled within 72 hours after purchasing unless expedited shipment. Some items require a manufacturer's
cancellation fee, for which the customer is liable.

Credit Cards and Billing
Your credit card will be billed by Kody Lighting.com for the total order amount. In the event that an order is cancelled, you will receive
a credit to the card submitted within approximately 2 business days from when the transaction occurred.

WARRANTY: Kodylighting.com will honor all available manufacturer warranties still in effect covering manufacturer defects. We will repair or replace the defective item (except light bulbs) for one year from the date of purchase. Please contact our customer service department by telephone or E-Mail for an RMA number. Items without an RMA number will be returned to the customer and will not be processed. Please refer to instructions on Returning an Item to Kodylighting.com. Reasonable shipping charges will be refunded upon inspection and only when damage is deemed to be a factory defect. A repaired or replaced item will be shipped as soon as possible with no additional charges.

RETURNING AN ITEM: Before you return an item to us, you must first contact our customer service department by telephone or E-Mail within the appropriate time frame. We will supply you with an RMA number and shipping instructions for return. Items without an RMA number will be returned to the customer and will not be processed. The RMA number will be used to ensure that you receive credit for your return. You must write the RMA number down on the returns form and include it with your item. If possible, include a copy of your e-mailed invoice as well.

Please pack the item in its original box. Be sure to pack such that all parts are included and the item will not be damaged during shipment. You must ship products to Kodylighting.com by FedEx or UPS ground and make note of the tracking number. If you ship via USPS, insurance and delivery confirmation will be required.
